Toots & The Maytals :
In the early sixties The Maytals started recording for Coxsone Dodd, moved on to Prince Buster and finally teamed up with Byron Lee. They enjoyed massive success on the island, and released the popular "The Sensational Maytals" album. A string of fine albums recorded in the 70s were released by Island Records. In the 80s the band broke up, and although Toots kept touring his output has become less prolific.
