Steel Pulse :
Steel Pulse is one of the UK's most successful international reggae groups. David Hinds formed the group in 1975, and their debut set "Handsworth Revolution" made a dramatic impact on the reggae scene. Further albums for Island followed, but their 1982 set "True Democracy" proved their most commercial album to date. "Earth Crisis" was the follow up, before they switched to MCA for whom they recorded the crossover set "State Of Emergency."
