Slaves :
Lucky Dube, the immensely popular South African reggae star, employed a bunch of musicians called Slaves as his backing band. They decided to go on their own and achieved a strong following. Their albums, "Kneel down" and "Talking Reggae", reminiscent to the late 70s, early 80s style of reggae music, have sold well all over the world.
