Rico :
Trombonist Rico Rodriguez was educated at the Alpha Boys School, an institution responsible for nurturing the first generation of great Jamaican musicians. Rico joined Count Ossie and The Mystic Revelation of Rastafari and worked on literally hundreds of sessions for Coxsone Dodd, Duke Reid, Vincent Chin, Leslie Kong and Prince Buster. With the arrival of the ska revival in the early eighties Rico enjoyed great succes playing on stage and on records with several U.K. ska bands.
