Papa Michigan & General Smiley :
Papa Michigan and General Smiley became one of the eighties most massively popular deejay duos, after they scored a huge hit for Studio One with "Rub A Dub Style" (a version of Alton Ellis's "I'm Just A Guy"). At that time their tunes, delivered in their boasty-toasty style, was backed by the Roots Radics, one of the hottest bands dominating the sound in the first half of the eighties.
