Niney the Observer :
Producer Winston Holness aka Niney the Observer was in music business for quite some time, before he and his own Observer label had a tremendous breakthrough thanks to his first big hit "Blood And Fire". From 1970 into the eighties Niney produced some of the best roots music with vocalists like Dennis Brown, Freddie McGregor and Gregory Isaacs. Also, his production work with deejays like Big Youth and I Roy as well as his own vocal outings were rarely less than top quality.
