King Stitt :
King Stitt, nicknamed 'The Ugly' because of his disfigured facial features, was a deejay on Coxsone Dodd's sound system at the end of the 60s. His shouting style of deejaying drew the attention of producer Clancy Eccles, with whom he enjoyed limited chart success with tracks like 'Dance Beat', 'The Ugly One', 'Fire Corner', and a version of Bob Marley's 'Herbsman Shuffle'. The album 'Reggae Fire Beat' collects his best cuts for Clancy Eccles.
