Joseph Cotton :
Joseph Cotton is the son of Count Ossie. He started his recording career in 1976 encouraged by other deejays like U Roy, U Brown, and Prince Jazzbo. He was previously active under the name Jah Walton and recorded some serious sides in every studio of importance in Jamaica from Treasure Isle to King Tubby's up to Channel One. In the 80s he had a big hit with "No Touch The Style". Nowdays he resides in Germany, where he released the splendid restrospective compilation set "Dancehall Days 1976-1984".
