George Nooks :
Born in Kingston, George Nooks started his musical career in church. Nooks scored his first hit with "Forty Leg Dread", which he recorded under the name of Prince Mohammed. Meanwhile George Nooks released "Tribal War" under his own name and pulled off something no singer had managed to achieve, having two hit tunes simultaneously under two different names. Nooks migrated in the late seventies and after some time he gave the music business a rest for a few years. In 1994 George Nooks came back strong with the single/video "I Don't Care/Bad Minded People".
