Eek-A-Mouse - who actually started as a singer recording straight roots records in the style of Pablo Moses - is best known for his unique and unmistakable sound and style, not to be compared with any other reggae artist. It's that particular way in which he uses his voice combined with the cross between singing and deejaying, by which the "mouse" gained many fans.
