When King Jammy reigned the Jamaican dancehall scene, a lot of upcoming artists were eager to voice for him. One of them, Chuck Turner had enough talents to make a solid impression. His 1987 rendition of "Tears" was highly popular. Trevor Sparks was a lovers' rock vocalist who scored in 1988 with a cover version of Jeffrey Osborne's "On The Wings Of Love".
