Buju Banton :
Buju Banton's debut single was released at the tender age of 13, but it took some five years before he was considered to be the most exciting newcomer of the year. Although provoking controversy with lyrics, he soon became the leading rough-voiced deejay of the time. Some years later he more and more dealt with cultural issues, which has resulted in Buju Banton delivering great conscious and uplifting songs.
